The Devil
Number 15, The Devil card.
The Devil card shows us the Baphomet holding two Pixies captive. The Baphomet is standing on a pedestal to show that they hold power over the two Pixies. The Pixies are chained to the pedestal by the neck and are growing small horns from their heads. This shows us that the more time they spend with the Devil, the more they will start to develop traits of the Devil.
The Devil card tells us that perhaps right now you're feeling trapped, or have a sense of helplessness. You may also be feeling an emptiness or lack of fulfillment.
This card can also represent being seduced by material wealth and physical pleasures. You may be finding it difficult not to indulge in living life luxuriously, or you're struggling not to feed an addiction. You might also find yourself feeling like you lack self-control.
You may or may not be aware of this kind of lifestyle you are living, and if you're unsure, try reflecting on your life and habits. If your current routine, lifestyle and/or habits are not serving you, perhaps it's time to seek some help in changing for the better.

Breaking habits and addictions is never ever easy, so take a moment to give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back.
You may not be totally over the hill just yet, but you've taken a huge step forward.
You're reclaiming your power and you're ready to face whatever challenges come your way.

Upright: There is nothing wrong with having a bit of fun and taking advantage of life's pleasures, but just be sure that you are not causing anyone any grief or suffering along the way. If you're just looking to hook-up with someone, be sure to communicate that with the other party. Take a moment to step into their shoes and just make sure you're on the same page. Check to make sure you're not giving off the wrong impression and that you're not pressuring anyone into anything they don't want to do.
Reversed: In reverse, The Devil card can represent breaking free from a toxic relationship. Perhaps you're also leaving behind old negative thinking habits and addictions that prevented you from finding a true connection with someone.
Upright: When it comes to your career and/or finances, you may be feeling a bit stuck. You may be feeling dependent on this job, like there is nothing else out there available to you, and even if there were, you feel like it's unattainable.
Perhaps you're feeling powerless around your co-workers...
Alternatively, if you don't have a job right now, you could be feeling helpless and like work will never come.
No matter the situation, you have more power than you think! Take a moment to yourself to de-stress and de-clutter your mind. Once you're feeling less overwhelmed, approach your challenges with a fresh start.
