Shipping ,Returns & Cancellations

Shipping:

Ready-to-ship items are sent out in 7-10 business days after purchasing unless otherwise notified.
 

Made-to-order items will be processed in the current processing time, and then will be shipped out when they are completed.
 

It will take anywhere from 4-15 business days for your order to arrive, depending on where you are located.*

International orders may take up to 15+ business days.

International Shipping:

Due to some customers having their packages lost in the mail, we've removed the cheaper Non-Tracked option for our International customers.
We want our international customers to receive their orders safely and in a timely manner, so to prevent our customers from needing to pay more to replace their order, we now only offer Tracked shipping for our international customers.

*Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, shipping has become inconsistent. Depending on where you are located, it can sometimes take longer for your order to arrive. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about it at this time, but we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns:

If you'd like to return your purchase, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will be happy to refund you your purchase, minus the shipping fee.

If you do not want a refund, but would rather us fix a damaged product, please contact us and we will be happy to fix whatever may have broken free of charge.

Limits may apply.

Customer must pay for shipping.

We do not accept returns for:

- Digital downloads

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Cancellations:

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will be happy to promptly cancel your order.

If your order is completed and you'd like to cancel your order last minute, you will only qualify for a 50% refund, as we have already spent time making your product and paid for the materials, as well as labour.

Incorrect address returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Phantomasy does not give permission to redistribute our products, or recreate our products using our designs and/or design's likeness.
