Need your order soon? Our regular processing times can take up to 16 weeks depending on how busy we are.

Include this with your order, and you will automatically get Priority Processing!

Your order will be made in 3 weeks, guaranteed!
Please allow a slight grace period for shippment. We tend to mail things out at the end of the week!

 

 Please note that depending on which design you purchase, we may not be able to MAKE your mask in the 3 week time.  This only applies to specific designs, such as:
-The Harlequin mask
-The Seraphim mask
In this case, you will still skip the line and I will work on your order right away, but it will take longer for me to make it.

 

We work on your pieces in a first-come-first-serve order, meaning we make them in the order we receive them. With Priority Processing, you get to skip the waiting time and have your order processed right away!

 

 If you purchase a ticket separately from your order, please include the order number you wish to prioritize in the orders note. 
Click "Add Note" at the bottom of your order DURING purchase!

*You do not need to keep the ticket image.
*Please only purchase ONE ticket. Purchasing multiple tickets does NOT increase the processing time.

    Returns and exchanges:

    Contact us within: 10 days of delivery

    Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

    • Digital downloads

    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Incorrect address returns:
    Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

     

    Conditions of return:

    Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Phantomasy does not give permission to redistribute our products, or recreate our products using our designs and/or design's likeness.
