Updates! Jan 25th

Hello!


A huge thank you to everyone who participated in my January 25th shop update by purchasing something!!

I'm so thankful to you all for supporting my business... 💚


I opened up all of my listings during this shop update, except for the Seraphim and Harlequin masks. Those two masks take the longest to make out of all the other masks. We're currently catching up on a small backlog due to some of us being sick for a few weeks.

We're just a small team of 2 full-time and 5 part-time employees!

Our goal is to eventually get to a place where the processing time is 1-2 months rather than the current 4ish months. As well as accepting commissions on a more regular basis.

Speaking of commissions...


COMMISSIONS:

I'm almost finished with my current commission and am in communication with my next 2 commissioners. :)

I have roughly 24 people left on my list.

I've been contemplating on how I will accept commissions moving forward.

Once I have served everyone who is waiting on the list, I'll be creating a digital product in my shop that will act as a deposit for your commission. I will only accept a few at a time, and will open them as my availability allows!

I will no longer have a waiting list due to people signing up and then not responding when they're next.

I will post another update and send out a newsletter later on when this new digital commission deposit product will be available! :) I can't be certain on an exact date, but I'm aiming to make it available in 4-6 months.


Thank you all so much for your patience and support! If you have emailed me and are currently waiting to hear back from me, please always feel free to poke me by emailing me again. It's just myself that handles my emails and they can pile up sometimes...

Returns and exchanges:

Contact us within: 10 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Incorrect address returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Phantomasy does not give permission to redistribute our products, or recreate our products using our designs and/or design's likeness.
