Hey everyone! This is the new updates section. I'll be writing all of my shop and website updates here from now on. You'll be able to see past updates here and more!

I'm currently updating my website, so if things look a little funny, just bear with me.

And if things look REALLY funny, please feel free to email me and let me know that something is broken or missing. :)

Returns and exchanges:

Contact us within: 10 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Incorrect address returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.​

Phantomasy does not give permission to redistribute our products, or recreate our products using our designs and/or design's likeness.
